Job Description: Essential Skills:
•Ability to understand existing content and business process to design and deliver solutions in Sitecore CMS.
•Demonstrates ability to design and implementation of data templates, layouts, components, and workflow, etc.
• Implementing content modeling and information architecture best practices in Sitecore
•Must be familiar and should have hands on experience with Sitecore tools such as TDS (Team Development for Sitecore), Sitecore rocks, etc.
•Advance web development with frameworks like as WCF, REST, WEB API or SPA etc.
•Expertise in .NET and software architecture, patterns and SOA.
•Experience with .NET Framework 4.5+, MVC, ORM, and web services
•Good skills on HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery. Responsive Design a plus
•Experience with build automation and code repository tools (e.g. TFS, Jenkins, Git, Bamboo, etc.)
•Delivery using agile scrum/other agile methodology Role Description:
•Should be Hands-on and able to execute the projects independently
•Design and develop highly scalable web applications in .NET technology
•Participate in and lead code-review sessions to identify potential problem areas and suggest alternative solutions.
•Produce high-quality code with minimal supervision and on-time delivery.
• Evangelize and drive engineering best practices across the organization as needed
•Support deployment of applications into production and resolve production issues by reproducing and determining the root cause.
•Conduct feasibility studies and prototypes for integrating latest technology.
•Prepare technical specifications to document implementation details.
•The candidate is expected to travel onsite if required, play a crucial role in the discovery phase, understand the requirement and involve in designing the application
•Should be capable of handling customer independently especially technical counterpart from the customer side.
•Capable of providing technical guidance to his/her team members.
•Should be capable of understanding the requirements and arrive at an effort estimate or challenge the estimate provided by his / her team members
•Should be capable of foreseeing any risks in the delivery and should pre-handle it with the customer to avoid any escalation.
•Should be able to coordinate with dependent teams from the customer side and iron out any technical dependencies blocking the progress
