To maintain day-to-day financial control of the business unitsTo manage and supervise daily accounting & Account Payable functionTo ensure accounting policies and processes are strictly laid out and implementedTo ensure that all finances are properly administered and monitored.To prepare monthly MIS and Cash Flow Projections; to make regular reports to the management on income, expenditure and any variations from budgetsTo prepare and review Budgets and Variance Analysis for approval by the managementTo ensure Tax, PF and other regulatory and statutory compliances are met withTo supervise Payroll activitiesTo assist MD & CEO in Management Reporting and any other task as may be requiredTo prepare financial reports and liaise with Auditors for accounts finalizationTo co-ordinate and liaise with other external parties like Bankers, Tax and regulatory authorities etc
