* Experience in Performance Management and RF Optimization of CDMA / EVDO / LTE networks
* Fundamental understanding of CDMA/EVDO (BTS, BSC) Pref: Samsung/ Ericsson/ALU/ Motorola
* Competent understanding of CDMA/EVDO optimization parameters definitions and both performance and capacity impacts (active/idle mode) at both BTS and BSC level
* Competent understanding of both idle and active mode call processing and able to design
* Able to make parameter changes to network on appropriate vendor platform
* Competent in capacity/PN planning
* Competent in frequency/PN interference analysis and coordination
* Excellent MS Office/Actix skills
* Automation of optimization tasks : Programming Skills
* Application development and deployment, Web based development, User interface design and development, Object oriented programming concepts.
* C, Core Java, J2EE, WEB Language: JavaScript, JSP,Servlets, JDBC, HTML, DHTML, XML, DBMS, MS:Access, SQL Server
* WEB / Application Tools: Ecllipse, Netbeans, Putty, WinSCP, SQLyog, Toad
